Detailed Buying Lead Description

We are soon to ship industrial type light fixtures from Ningbo,China and we are requesting a pre-shipment inspection. We expect first shipment to be ready for inspection in two weeks time , first shipment is only 150cartons 10cu.m , second shipment will be end of November and it will be one full 20ftcontainer with 1250pcs in it. Our budget for the PSI (pre-shipment inspection) is usd250 per shipment or per container .

We are requesting quality , quantity and condition survey and report which needs to include photographic record.
