Silicone, Acrylic sealant and caulking guns

Dear Sir or Madam.

I am attending Fenestration China in Beijing on November 25^th to December 1^st.  I would like the opportunity to meet you and sample your products in person.    I am staying at the Beijing Hilton.  My cell phone number is 001 617-648-6609.

I am interested in neutral cure silicone sealant.  I would like to purchase it in 10 ounce cartridges and 20 ounce sausages.  I am also interested in a top quality elastomeric urathanized acrylic sealant ; ASTM 920 and class 35 in sausages.

The silicone will be used to affix polycarbonate bathtub liners into porcelain bath tubs.  Please see rebath.com for more information.

I need the sausages and the cartridges to be private labeled.   With this size order I would be taking at least a full container shipment a month.

I also need 1000 high quality caulking guns for sausages; I would need 10,000 extra narrow tips.

My main concern is what happens if the product I order and pay for does not arrive in usable condition.  I have heard horror stories about shipments of silicone arriving cured.    I also know clients who have ordered silicone and had multiple grades in the same shipment.  

In order to secure my business I need some sort of insurance that makes this feel safer for me.    In addition to the safety of my money I also need to design a quality verification system that I can use to assure my clients that they are receiving the best quality product. 

Based on my fears I think you can see I am much more interested in quality and a long relationship then just a low price.
