custom jumbo printed t shirt

Greetings

I am looking for a company/business that do printing on apparel mainly T shirts - Jumbo/All over printing.

before you reply I have a few questions.

1. what is you minimum quantity that i need to order?
2. does your company ship overseas?
3. do you supply other printing methods ie foil,rein stones,discharge printing?
4. does your company print all over/jumbo on t shirts/garments.
5. company website

i have many designs that i wish to be printed for the best price - i am looking for 30 -50 t shirts to be printed of each design - I am looking for a company that has a low minimum quantity sample range -  so if your company has a high minimum quantity that would not suit me.
