We, hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.

Origin: Russia, CIS, Europe or supplier choice

Specification: Used rails (r50, r65) Should be free from heavy oxidation, grease, mud, dirt, cast iron, tin, sand, and lead coated materials. The scrap should be free from non-ferrous materials, excessive rust and corrosion.

Quantity:30,000mt/shipment/month

Contract length: one year

Loading port: As per supplier

Destination port: Rizhao or Tianjin port in China

Target price: Usd$245/MT CIF China

Shipping terms: CIF China

Delivery time: Within 30 days for the first shipment,30 days for the each subsequent shipment

INSPECTION: by SGS or CCIC at loading port and by CIQ at discharge port

Please send your best price ASAP The buyer accepts the following procedure of closing deal:

A. Seller issues POP(pop will be issued via bank to bank channels)

B. Seller issues 2%PB

C. Buyers open 100% operative NON-Revolving,NON-transferrable,DLC at sight. 95% payable "At Sight" for cargo shipment in favor of the Seller and 5% after the inspection by CIQ at discharge port.

D. Shipments commence
