See the following specification of S.S. Strip which please confirms you can supply.

Strip for Double Razor Blade (6Cr13) :

1.STAINLESS STEEL STRIPS  COLD ROLLED

SIZE : 0.093-0.097 mm X 22.20 mm X COIL

WIDTH TOLERANCE  :  +/- 0.02

HARDNESS : HV 280  to 320

COIL ID : ABOUT 280 MM

Strip will be in continuous length of weight between 20-25Kgs in each coil.

EDGE : DEBURRED EDGES/ROLL FINE EDGE

b.Chemical Composition:

         _{C          =          0.6 to 0.7 %}

       Mn      =      0.5 to 0.8 %

       P        =      0.028% Max.

       S        =      0.02 % Max.

       Si        =      0.2 to 0.5 %

       Cr       =      12.5 to 13.5 %

       ^{Ni            =       0.5 % Max.}

You have to meet C & Cr and if other composition little differs with above

then will be no problem.

Conditions :

a. Only mill conatct/offer will be acceptable, not traders.

b. 10 kg sample must supply by mill on free of cost including Air freight.

c. Traget price US$ 5.00-5.50/kg C&F-Chittagong.

d. Each month consumption is 20 MT.
