Rescott is a business services company in the United States. One of the services we provide is web site development. We also own a web hosting firm.

We have a minimum of five development projects that we need assistance with. We are looking for a overseas firm with at least five of experience in web development to assist us and eventually assume our development workload.

In the past, we have selected partners from India primarily on their design and coding skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English, their prior projects, fairness and honesty and last of all, price.

To be considered by us, you must have proven expertise in flash, macromedia dreamweaver, and/or database technologies. You must have good English skills.

You or your company must have at least five years of successful web development expertise, and we prefer developers who possess university credentials or certifications in web design, or development. Design expertise is extremely important... if you can't develop web sites with superior style and design, then we cannot do business.

We prefer trustpass or gold supplier firms. We require examples of recent web sites and customer references that you have developed for business customers. We have a number of small projects that we would use to evaluate a firm before we provide larger projects. Labor rates, quality of work, reliability, honesty, and fast completion times are important to us. We also are looking for a partner with proven Joomla 1.5 design experience to assist us in a couple of projects.
