Detailed Buying Lead Description
The Non Ferrous scrap should consist of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings, bars, etc.) , industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. Pieces, etc) , construction scrap (plate, bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipe, etc.) and miscellaneous commercial scrap (appliance casings, frames and parts, etc.) . All goods sold by the seller should be totally free from all & any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise. Material to be free of oil, mud. Zn / Sn plating, galvanising, paint coating, excessive rust & corrosion, metallic & non metallic dust in excess of 0. 5% including free of dirt, , non ferrous material, foreign material of any kind, Off Grade Material, Free of Residual Alloys. We shall inspect the cargo to our satisfaction after singning the agreement but before opening the L/ C and shall remain present at the time of the loading of the cagro at our expenses. Possibility of Third party Inspection of the Cagro at the loading port & discharge port. Expense for the same as mututally agreed upon. Terms of Payment can be: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Non-Transferable, Divisible, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (DL / C) payable 100% at sight issued or confirmed by world prime bank. Any changes required by either side to be decided mutually. An other terms and conditions can be negotiated to the satsfaction of both the parties.
