Note:
We are the genuine buyer:
1. We insisted to see the seller' license and past B/L to survey the credibility before the contract signs.
2. We won't issue the non-operative LC in advance the LC will be issue after we visit the mine site and confirm the seller's capability.
3. We cann't  use the Standby LC or BG or auto revolving LC as payment.
