C: Second Cut Linters : Second cut linters are cotton linters obtained by passing cottonseed through linter machines after first-cut linters have been removed.
D: Chemical Linters : Chemical Linters are cotton linters which are trade on a cellulose content basis. That means the domestic third-cut linters .
