Buy Cotton Linter Second Cut

This is kindly inform you that we intend to purchase 1500 MT of cotton linter second cut according to the attached specifications.
We would appreciate if you send your quotation (your rock bottom price) , considering the following points:
A) Physical characteristics:
- Second cut, as white as possible, without any outside matters (such as straws or leaves) , without long fibers.
- Length of fibers: 0. 925-2 cm
- Diameter of fibers: 0. 0205
- Heavy impurities (as sand) : Max. 0. 5%
B) Chemical characteristics:
- Moisture: 7-8%
- Ash: Max. 1. 5%
- Alpha cellulose: Min. 85%
- Pentosan: Max. 2%
- Extracting with water: Max. 2%
- Extracting with alcohol / benzene (1 / 2) : Max. 1%
1. Inspection of quality, quantity and packing by buyer experts before shipment on seller s account.
2. Packing: the goods should be packed in new bales (specifying the weight of each bale) in 40fcl containers.
3. Payment: Irrevocable L/ C at sight.
4. Pbg TERM: 10% of the goods value should be deposited by seller as P. B. G. At the bank and this amount will be released as soon as receipt of the goods.
5. The cargo should have certificate of health issued by Agro ministry of origin country indicationg that the cargo has no kind of sands, tangle, pests & diseases specially the following:
A. Earias spp. (Lep. Noctuidae)
B. Pectinophora gossypiella (Lep. Gelechildae)
C. Glomerella gossypll
D. Xanthomonas campestris pv. Malvacearum
6. The goods should be disinfected according to one of the following methods, indicating the complete comment of disinfecting in related health certificate:
A. Disinfecting in regular condition:
--disinfecting by 96 grams of Methyl Bromide gas per 1 m3 above 15. 5 C for 12 hours.
--Disinfecting by 48 grams of Methyl Bromide gas per 1 m3 above 15. 5 C for 24 hours
B. Disinfecting in vaccum condition (in 660 mmHg bar) using 128 grams of Methyl Bromide gas per 1 m3 above 15. 5 C for hours.
