Origin: India 6. Quantity: 60, 000mt per shipment ( + / -10% at seller's option) 7. Unloading Port: any main port of China 8. Payment: 2% operative PB must be requested of 100% invoice value before the Buyer issue a irrevocable, non-transferable LC at sight for the first shipment between the buyer and seller. 9. Inspection: Quantity, Quality, size issued by SGS at Loading Port as the basis for 95 provisional payment. The balance 5% should be settled by T/ T based on CIQ report.
