buying 1,000,000 pcs dust masks from China manufacturer only

We are buying DTC3X-FFP1 mask in large quantity.

technical specification:

-          Masks have got EC type examination certificate against EN 149:2001.

-          Nose clip shall be plastic. All plastic parts  which is used at the mask, shall be antistatic

-          Masks shall not contain metalic parts of which aluminium, magnesium, and titan content is over 15%. Titan + Magnesisum content shall not be over 6 %.

-          The material of the mask shall not burn when passing inside the flame with the speed of 6 cm/second.

-          Filtration performance test shall be made on the masks which is chosen as sample from each deliverance.  Filtraton performance shall not below 80% and it must not show difference  more than max -2 % over its original value . As to inhalation value must not show difference more than  max. +2 % over its original value at the flow rate of 30 lt/min.  It must not exceed  60 %. Otherwise the masks shall be rejected.  

-          Inhalation resistance values shall not exceed following values:

At the Inhalation: 

0,6 mbar At 30 lt/min flow rate

2,1 mbarat 60 lt/min flow rate

At the exhalation:

3 mbar at 160 lt/min flow rate
