customs agent in Russia needed urgently

We have several clinets from Russia,especially from Moscow,usually we are responsible for the local charge in China and airfreight and seafreight  to Russia,sometimes to Riga or Kotka first,but we need the customs and transportation service in Russia,if you can offer us the not very normal customs service in Russia,it will be better.
