Detailed Buying Lead Description

The customer likes the concept of having an acrylic dome that could be separated into 2 scenes.  I need a quote on the following:
3"-4" Acrylic Dome with separation
750-1000 pieces
Same "funnel" 3D figurine on each side (It is hollow in the middle)
One side will have large orange beads, the other side will have smaller red beads.
The 2 sides/liquids cannot mix.
1-color screen print on the base of the dome.
the customer  would like a clear/transparent mold inside of lungs
Please let me know the cost, set-ups,mold, etc.  Also, let me know what styles of plastic dome/globe you have.
