need shipping service forwarder sea freight service

we need below shipping service forwarder  sea freight service

1)product manufactured in Chinese Mainland;

2)but export to other country in HK company name;

3)we don't seek to write HK company in the B/L, we need to change the port of loading or/and get the CO from non-China. avoid showing this goods manufactured in Chinese Mainland.
