Compact Connector for Flexible Conductors

It looks like a push-wire connector for junction boxes. It is as small as a push-wire connector for junction boxes. It is protected against accidental contact like a push-wire connector for junction boxes. It has a test point like a push-wire connector for junction boxes. And yet, it can do much more:

The Compact Connectorss with CAGE CLAMP^® COMPACT fitting can connect up to 5 stripped fine-stranded conductors with cross sections from 0.08 to 4 mm², solid or ferruled stranded wires 
up to 2.5 mm².

The closed position of the lever reliably prevents accidental unclamping of a connected wire. The additional application safety, for any type of conductor (solid, stranded, flexible), is confirmed by approvals like ENEC or UL. The ENEC mark is a European safety mark including 20 countries.

The compact connector Series 222 connects, lighting fixture connection, jalousie, sunblinds, door and door controls, 
intercom wiring, fountain pumps, loudspeaker cables and much more.

Open the clamping point using one of the small orange colored levers so that the lever engages and keeps the clamping point in its opened position.
