 1.It must be able to detect a large animal such as a deer or moose on or near the highway from a moving car. The moose and white tailed deer are both members of the Deer family.The moose is the large one,as big as a horse,the white tailed deer is smaller,about as large as a very large dog,

2.The animals must be detected with vehicles travelling at 100 kilometres at a distance of 100 meters or farther.The driver will need this distance to  react and bring the vehicle to a stop.

3.The sensor must be able to detect the animals day or night,foggy weather,snowing,high winds and rain.

 4.We shall install the software so that the sensor when it registers the presence of the animal will transmit to the software  the image of the animal.The software will react by sending a signal to the warning device and the warning device will issue a loud warning to the driver.

 5.We cannot have false alarms as this will cause the drivers not to pay attention to our device and this will affect our sales badly.

6.The detector must be attached outside the car ,preferably in the front behind the Grill.The software and alarm can be inside the car if necessary.The sensor must be encased in a housing that will prevent damage by the weather and that can be attached to the vehicle easily The housing can be plastic.

7.We will place an order of 1000 for the first order.this will increase rapidly once the company shows that the detector is in the market place.

8.If the company can develop the detector with us we are willing to enter into a long term contract with you to supply us.
