Spec of the Motor: - start-up torque: 5kgfcm (constant torque mode 3 kgfcm), translating into 0,5Nm (0,3 Nm) - RPM: 30-60 - direction of ration: free or vectored - Volt: AC 220-240V - Axis: plastics possible, mode of fixation to be defined (see drawing example) - life cycle: 50 hours, 10s on/100s from VDE certification desirable if available We have designed the Gears to achieve the Required RPM and Torque (30-60 rpm & 4 Kgf-cm) as we discussed above. You can use the attached Geometry for the motor. Let us know the possibility for making this design, mold cost, Lead Time and the price per motor. Consider the volume of Motors is 400 thousand.
