Weare a Medical Transcription Service Organization from the Philippines.  We would like to offer you our services as an independent contractorfor your transcription needs. 
 
We guarantee 98% accuracy rate within 24hr TAT or asyour needs may require.   We currently have a staff of 25 wellexperienced medical transcriptionists to service your requirements, expandable as the needs may require. Ourstaff have over 5 years of experience in medical transcription.  Allour staff have excellent American English proficiency.  Ourtranscriptionists are physical therapists, nurses and healthcarepractitioners with extensive experience in medical transcription aswell as in US healthcare and legal systems.   We can easily integrateinto your existing transcription system as we have worked with severalEMR and web-based platforms for transcription.   We can work with anyspecialty.
 
We are HIPAA Compliant.  We have confidentiality agreementswith all our staff that extends up to perpetuity.   All our systems areHIPAA compliant, too.  We can do trial transcription work if you wouldneed one.  

Our computer systems use Windows XPoperating system with  1.73ghz processor speed and memory of 512mb foreach of our workstation. Our word processor is MS Word 2003.  We have1.2mbps dsl internet connection, with back up dsl provider with thesame speed.  We use 9pin serial port footpedals and we have completeWinzip and FTP client softwares to download audio files.

We work with individual doctors, medical clinics, medical offices, insurance companies and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Companies.   Our rates and payment methods are negotiable per client.  We do not require any volume of work.
