QUANTITY MONTH: 100.000 MT to 500.000 MT

DURATION: Twelve (12) months with possible R & E agreed by both parties up to 60 months

INSPECTION : By SGS or recognized Surveyor at Loading Port

PRICE FIXED : USD.455-00 Metric Ton CIF ASWP
Fixed Price for 12 months reviewed every 12 months thereafter in order to keep the price within the world market range REFER TO THE ABOVE QUANTITIES

PAYMENT: Monthly Payment by Irrevocable, unconditional confirmed Revolving Transferable DLC (RDLC) 100% Payable
at sight from on of the Top 25 Prime World Banks acceptable by sellers bank As payment instrument for every shipment with Pre- Advice

PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller issues 2% Performance Bond


PROCEDURES: NOT NEGOTIABLE

1.Seller issues soft offer to the buyer

2.Buyer issues LOI with BCL

3.Seller issues the FCO for the Buyers Attention. Buyer signs and seals in acceptance of the FCO and returns the original to the Seller (FCO Valid for 5 Working Days)

4.Buyer responds to Sellers FCO with an ICPO with full banking information granting permission to seller to conduct soft probe and subject to sellers acceptance of the order or issuing of BCL to sellers bank.

5.Seller issues a draft copy of the contract to the END BUYER and both parties agree on the draft then sign draft and return to seller
