Dear customers ,Rare opportunity offer for large selection ofmany awards wining Ice Wines and Late Harvest Wines from sunny valley ofBritish Columbia , Canada.LATE HARVEST WINESLate Harvest Wines are produced from grapes ripened under the hot summersun and left on the vine during the regular harvest to allow their sweetnessand varietal flavors to continue to intensify. They are hand-picked as theCanadian autumn settles over the Okanagan Valley. The nectar is then skillfullyvinted to produce our exceptional Late Harvest Wines. Late Harvest Winescontain lower concentrations of sugars and acids than Icewine.

The Vintners Quality Alliance (VQA) is an internationally recognized programwhich defines and mandates standards for wine and wine certification in Canada.The following are the regulations pertaining to Icewine production.

Icewine shall be a wine produced exclusively from grapes that have beenharvested, naturally frozen on the vine, and pressed in a continuous processwhile the air temperature is -8° Celsius (17.6°F) or lower.
