The woods to be utilised will be extracted from the ecosysttem forests legally authorized for the Biomass production .. The moisture contents will be around 5 to 6 %

12.. TERMS OF PAYMENT:: ANNUAL BANK GUARANTEE REVOLVING during the entire contractual period.
13.. PROCEDURE:: After receipt off signed and sealed Letter off Intent, or signature off Acceptance off the FCO, parties will provide the following: Contract off Sale from the Seller to the Buyer. Buyer signs and seals Contract of Purchase. Buyer opens a Banking Guarantee to be submitted at the Sellers approval. Seller delivers first shipment as per the shipping schedule established in the Contract.
USD(($)) ,will be the payment currency. TON, and the Ton abbreviation and/or ton, means one long ton equivalent to
1000 kg ((kilograms)). UPLOADING means any port off Brazil or Uruguay where the Seller will load the wood--chips
PORT OF DESCHARGE, means the port to be utilized by the BUYER for the discharge off the goods and will be indicated by the Buyer for the entire Contract period off the unloading logistic .
FIINAL PRIICE,, is the price defined in the present offer as a value defined according from moisture 30% to 45%
USD/TON CIF ((Note: Price to be reviewed each 180 days))
MINIMAL INSTALLMENT OF THE DISCHARGE means the daily discharging quantity to be guaranteed by the Buyer to
the Seller during the unloading processing at the port off discharge and will be not defined less than 400 Ton/h ((TON/HOUR)) considering the working day off 18h.
FORM OF PAYMENT,, for the Seller it is imperative to receive the payment with a Bank Guarantee issued by primary
European Credit Institutions, Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible for the amount off each annual period for the entire Contract

CONTRACT.. Against acceptance off the present FCO, the Seller will issue a due Contract for the pre--established duration
off 5 years totalizing the entire quantity purchased. VALIIDIITY, off this offer is for 30 days from the signature off this FCO
from the Seller.

Wood chips can be sourced from a range of forest sources, ranging from round wood to
forest thinnings. Wood greater than 2.5cms in diameter will generally be acceptable as
chipping material. The residues from thinning, and the removal of side branches
(snedding) would generally be left in situ for preliminary drying before chipping. The
