The Bluechart g2 cartography features include integrated mapping, 2D or 3D map perspective, tide and current data, improved IALA symbols, navaids, marina, boat ramps, roads, and more. Both units come with an SD card slot (SD Card Optional) for saving waypoints, routes, and tracks or to put in Garmin's new Bluechart g2 Vision cartography cards. The optional g2 Vision cards give you 3D perspectives above and below the waterline, aerial reference photography, auto guidance, coastal roads, and points of interest detail. They are fully waterproof (submersible) and come complete with WAAS enabled 12-channel GPS antenna, power cable, video cable, flat-screen style flush mount hardware, and sun cover.
