Special Characteristics of Melting Incinerator for Hospital Extracts (Medical Waste)

This product reduces to powder, with pulverizer, the medical waste inputted through input hole.  The special characteristic of our pulverizer lies in that, among others, it is composed of the following work processes;

 The process of delivering the pulverized medical waste to heat decomposition room using transfer axis;

 The process of receiving at melting room the dry distillation (charcoal) generated from heat dissolution of medical waste (that had been dissolved by heat at heat decomposition room), and heating them to the degree of 1250?1430 with first burner and making them oxidized melting item, and discharging them through outlet;

 The process of receiving exhaust gas generated from heat dissolution of medical waste at the abovementioned deat decomposition room, and heating them to the degree of 850~1000 with second burner, and leading to complete combustion of them;

 The process of delivering exhaust gas (burnt completely with the mentioned 2nd burner) to the outer side of heat decomposition room, and raising the temperature of heat decomposition room to 350~700 so that medical waste may be heat-dissolved inside the heat decomposition room;

 The process of receiving exhaust gas discharged through hole of incinerator (connected to the outer side of the mentioned heat decomposition room) at heat exchanger, and making them pass through exchange part filled with water or cooling water to lower the temperature of exhaust gas by about 130;

 The process of receiving exhaust gas (whose temperature has been dropped at the mentioned heat exchanger) at dust collector, lowering air pressure of exhaust gas, leading to pile up of dust and mist contained in the exhaust gas;
The process of receiving the exhaust gas that had passed through the mentioned dust collector at chemical reactor, and making them pass through reaction part filled with chemicals (activated carbon) which removes noxious material mixed in the air, and removing noxious material such as dioxin contained in the exhaust gas through chemical reaction.

 Accordingly, this product bring about the following effects to its user;

 It grinds medical waste lumps into powder, makes them dissolved by heat, at the same time heats them again the dry distillation (charcoal) generated from the heat decomposition, to become fully oxidized melting item, and discharges them;

 It heats again the exhaust gas and makes full combustion, at the same time supplies them to outer side of heat decomposition room, thereby assisting heat disintegration of medical waste;

 It lowers temperature of the mentioned exhaust gas, and piles up dust and mist mixed in the exhaust gas;

 It removes environment-pollution material such as dioxin, and makes exhaust gas which does not meet environmental standards, thereby makes full combustion of medical waste, at the same time it contributes to environment protection.
