Copper Anti-Seize Compound

Copper anti-seize compound is a premium and versatile non-melt lubricant for demanding industrial requirements. Formulated with severely hydro-treated base oil that has a high viscosity index and excellent resistance to oxidation and degradation. Copper anti-seize compound comes with finely ground and well dispersed copper and graphite and anti-oxidation additives to protect expensive equipment under high temperature until 982C. It resists water spray off due to its inorganic thickener. Copper anti-seize compound is fortified with anti-corrosion additives that protect equipment from strong alkaline, acidic or even saline solutions! It will remain good adhesion on metal even expose with these extreme solutions. For long terms, copper anti-seize compound also reduces galvanic corrosion and corrosion related failures. Copper anti-seize is suitable on all metals. It is inert to even exotic metals such as engineering magnesium, special stainless steels and even space-age titanium! Copper anti-seize compound would not melt or bleed under high temperature and high load applications hence would not affect tightening strength of bolts and nuts in critical equipment. It serves as lubricant during tightening, making tighter joints and locking possible. Lubrication during severe tightening also reduces galling and wears in thread lines in bolt and nut. Substantial amount of time and cost can be reduced from normally worn off bolts and nuts. Large volume of finely ground copper and graphite prevents seizure especially for applications of high temperature where immediate repair is not possible until it is cold down later. Copper anti-seize compound would ease removal of bolts and nuts during maintenance. Good protection for equipment with corrosion problem.
