Tasting notes:
Nose delicate and expressive with aroms of ripe fruit ,mineral and hazelnut. in the mouth the attack is beautiful and bold type,extent ,it find again ripe fruits,pineapple . in final,the acidity give freshness sweet and quench,aroms of litchi ,ripe fruit,and infinal return of freshness with aroms of pineapple.
Ageing potential:
Thiswine is good for drink or you could wait for 3 or 5 years.
Gastronomy:
Serve at 9 10°C
A good match for charcuterie,,asparagus with cream, tomatoes cherry,crustaceans,shellfish,grilled fishor oven baked fish in sauce, tartiflette,fondue savoyarde.
