SALES PROCEDURES ..
1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order .
2. Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer and the
Buyer signs the acceptance of the FCO and sends signed copy back to
us. (FCO Valid 5 Working Days)
3. After receipt the ICPO, the Seller will provide Allocation Number
for all corresponding documents especially the contract Draft.
4. Buyer executes contract and issues non-operative RDLC
5. Buyer carries out on-site inspection and causes RDLC to become
operative.
6. Shipments begin as per contractual agreement
