The Company is dedicated to improve the quality of sutures manufacturedthrough continous technology up-gradation and innovation. FuturaSurgicare is the first Indian Company to launch PGA as well asPolyglactin 910 sterile sutures in Indian market.

Product Range

AllSutures are marketed under the corporate brand name of DOLPHIN SUTURES.These sutures conform to and surpass the standards set under UnitedStates Pharmacopoeia, better known as USP.

Our wide range of products encompasses Absorbable Surgical Suturesnamely, PETCRYL 910 [Polyglactin 910] , PETCRYL [Polyglycolic Acid],Polydiaxanone, PETCRYL MONO [Poliglecaprone 25] and PROGUT [CatgutChromic/Plain] Sutures. Non-absorbable Suture range include LINEX[Monofilament Polyamide], SUTURA [Black Braided Silk], PROCARE [ CoatedPolyester] and DURACARE [Monofilament Polypropylene] Sutures.

The Company also offers Hernia Mesh [ also known as PP MESH]manufactured from Monofilament Polypropylene with diversifiedspecifications.

Infrastructure

State-of-the-Artproduction facilities of 10,000 square feet are built at IndustrialArea in Bangalore with clean rooms and requisite machines andequipment. Our production unit has been conferred with W.H.O. GMPcertification, ISO 9001:2000 from DNV Germany and CE certification fromEVPU. The unit is strategically located at Silicone City of India foreasy access. Manufacturing license is issued is granted by FDA,Karnataka, India.
