MAGNIFOAM(tm) is a patented silicone foam that is highly resistant to burning (UL94VO), has extreme thermal stability, is non toxic and is fatigue resistant with extremely low compression set. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties,
resistance to humidity, moisture and chemical degradation.

MAGNIFOAM(tm) is available in two distinct forms: 

MF 1(tm) is a white open cell, skin free silicone foam made in blocks ('buns') in a variety of densities ranging from 80to 220kg/m3.  Standard format is 1mtr x 1mtr square, larger sizes up to 1mtr x 2mtr available on request.  Thickness range from 3mm to 100mm. Applications for this grade include seat cushions for mass transit. Also padding, fire-blocking, vibration and acoustic dampening and thermal insulation.

MF SILTEC(tm) is a white, modified closed cell silicone foam, standard density 200kg/m3 produced with a smooth surface in continuous rolls 1.0mm up to 50mm thick.

Standard roll width 1300mm x 10mtrs long.  Applications include temperature resistant gaskets, seals, fire-blocking and energy management systems, acoustic dampening. 

MF Siltec can be supplied in composite form in combination with PSA backing materials, metallic foils, woven or knitted fabrics.
