Polyproject Sweden AB can offer a complete concept for neutralization, treatment, flocculation, sedimentation and filtration of scrubber water, industrial and municipal waste water and purification  of raw water and drinking water.

Here we present our filtration step, ContSep and CarSep, in the purification process.

Patented design of ContSep for the sand wash and the regulation of the reject water.

It is simple to regulate the amount of washing water. Optional there is flow metering of the  washing water available.

The design is well thought out, the wear details are easy to replace.

The sand wash is optimated, which makes it possible to minimise the amount of air and water.

ContSep has a control equipment for automatic regulation of the air lift pump and alarm for high filter resistance.

Increase of the sand washing is manually operated, but automatic is optional.


Technical information
ContSep is supplied in 7 different sizes with filter surfaces from 0.28 - 4.70 m2. Size 600-1200 is in standard version made of PP (polypropylen). Size 1600 - 2450 is made of GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) or if so required of steel SS2333, SS2343 or SMO.
