HuaChang Antimony Industry Co. Ltd is China-appointed key enterprise of antimony products for export. The company obtained certificate of ISO9002 for the quality system authentication in 1997, and the certificate of 2000 version standards for changeover authentication.
Within over 30 years the company has grown into a deep processing base antimony products with total assets of 100 million RMB (USD 11 million) with production capacity of 18, 000 tons of antimony products, 8000 tons of electrolytic lead and 6 tons of silver.

Since January 2008, Huachang Antimony Industry has injected capital into Xinhuan Non-ferrous Metal Smelting Plant and taken charge of purchasing raw material. Xinhuan Non-ferrous Metal smelting plant (It is the former of Leiyang lead and zinc smelting plant) established in March 1985 is a producing enterprise with 112 employees. It is located in Leiyang county of Hunan province in P. R. China. It specializes in non-ferrous metal smelting of "copper and lead separation", as well as "refined lead smelting". Now the workshops of Tin, cobalt and nickel smelting are all in the process of planning and constructing. We are engaged in the production of non-ferrous metal smelting and remain copper and lead separation oriented.
In the plant, there is a blast furnace, two bismuth smelting furnaces, a carburizing furnace, a roasting furnace, two silver boiling furnaces, two large-sized reverberatory furnaces and a copper melting furnace as well as a lead electrolyzing workshop and a silver electrolyzing workshop. Our smelting technique is mainly based on pyrometallurgy. In 2006 we were put through the inspection of environmental protection department of the province, city and county and we attained the national emission standard with the Province-certificate of environmental protection awarded. The slogan of Xinhuan non-ferrous metal is that blocks of gold are abstracted from slag, ingots of silver are abstracted from scrap, residue is changed into treasure and people and country are benefited.
