We have a strength of over 800 employees working in the facility. ManufacturingZeon's campus at Ponta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh is spread across 28000 sq. yards. It has four separate state of the art manufacturing facilities managed by experienced industry professionals. All facilities are environmentally controlled with necessary HVAC infrastructure and follow cGMP guidelines. The facility maintains a valid FSSAI and other regulatory licensesR&DZeon has a dedicated in-house R&D Lab which is DSIR certified. The lab is equipped with multiple lab and pilot scale equipment like a ribbon and octagonal blender, spray dryer, homogenizer, tray dryer, evaporator, compression machine, PLM and more. It also has a separate analytical development lab to develop and validate testing methods.QualityZeon follows its internal QMS advanced over 30 years of experience. Each process is strictly documented and monitored through internal and external audits. Each material is tested against its specifications using pharmacopeia validated methods or in house testing methods. The analytical lab is NABL certificated and equipped with latest testing equipment like HPLC and AAS.
