Our dream is to build a bigger well organized and very productive center where the satisfaction of the costumer would be meeting through Consistent Quality and services. In turn the basic need of Health and Education would be cater to the socially deprived craftsmen and their families, who are the back bone of this vast cottage industry.
Started with a team of two persons, now MUSHKIS has a team of trained executives, skilled craftsmen and a big network of budding craftsmen in rural areas to achieve the desired vision.
All the Hand Made jewellery and other products are being design and produce through a well written procedure. At each step, the critical parameters are inspected and gauged with calibrated instrument, and documented properly

Build a team of young, dynamic and skilled craftsmen
Established four production units in rural areas near Delhi
We have a design center manned by young designers producing new contemporary designs based on market predictions
We are Manufacturers of principal raw material I. E. Glass, bone beads and have tie-ups for other raw material.
We have Micron Electroplating Plant to give different metal finishes
We have a polishing unit
We have an ELECTROPHORETIC PROCESS to give a finish of thin layer of protection sheet of fine e-coat(a thin layer of lacquer)
Daily One HR class has been taken for the in house craftsmen to teach them the basic knowledge of English, Science, Mathematics, and about the ingredients of our own products.
