PT. Sorini Corporation Tbk(theCompany) was established in 1983 by Adikoesoemo family in Surabaya and was publicly listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange in 1992. The Company is in the business of producing and supplying starch derivative products such as sorbitol, dextrose monohydrate, glucose syrup and maltodextrin to various consumer goods industries.
In 1985 the Company constructed its manufacturing operations in Kecamatan Gempol Pasuruan in East Java, and started its commercial operation in 1987. Over the years The Company had added and increased the production capacity of Sorbitol and diversified into production of other starch derivated products. Currently, Sorini is the biggest starch derivative producer in Indonesia.
