PolarLight acrylic block windows

About Us

PolarLight manufacture completed windows/panels, and only sell individual blocks in bulk quantities.

PolarLight panels are constructed by locking together lightweight acrylic blocks into a white powder-coated aluminium frame. The blocks are then sealed with smooth white silicon, leaving perfect grout lines.

The blocks are strong and the windows/panels can be considered safety glazing.

The blocks have the appearance and clarity of glass. It is very difficult, visually, to tell the difference between PolarLight acrylic blocks and good quality glass blocks.

The panels are much easier to install than building glass blocks, and do not cause the building difficulties associated with glass block constructions.

The product is available in
2 block sizes 150mm2 and 200mm2
2 patterns Clear Wave and Frosted Wave
3 other colours Sky Blue, Spring Green, and Burgundy
Triple glaze Low E option

PolarLight acrylic blocks can also be installed in new or existing double-glazed windows. PolarLights unique drop-glaze panel replaces the glass unit, and allows, for the first time, an opening block window.
