Answer: My board-to-USB cable connection has a 4-pin connector. Not sure if you mean the connecotr broke off, or the wire snapped at the connector, but regardless, the easiest way to fix is to just trim off the wire and connector and solder it to the board. The pin order on mine (from edge inward) [Blk,Grn,Wht,Red] which corresponds to [Ground, Data+, Data-, 5V]. Mine is also marked on the board "GND","DP","DM","5V". If your entire cable is damaged just grab any other USB cable (so long as it is shielded and contains data wires, which some of the more flimsy-feeling "power only" cables won't) and cut off the device end. If you don't know how to solder, just go to your local Makerspace and ask someone to show you how.
