1.Are you factory or trading company?

>>> We are professional Non-stick Alu. cookware manufacturer, which was founded in 2006. our factory has 2 complete production systems and annual production capacity reaches more than 5,000,000 pcs.

2.Where is your factory? How can we visit there?

>>> Our factory is located in Wuyi, Zhejiang, China. The transportation is amazing convenience for all friends to visit us. It might take about 1~3 hours from Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Wenzhou airport to our factory. Not to mention the CRH train is available and could directly reach our city, which would only take 30 mins. from our factory to CRH train station.

3.Is the product safe to contact food directly?

>>> Definitely, Food contact safety is our basical but very vital requirement of our products. All food directly contact parts are exactly made according to European/Germany LFGB and USA FDA standard. Moreover, all non-stick coating is strictly applied with PFOA free.

4.Can you provide the sample?

>>> Surely we could. The samples would be free but freight collected suppose there is only 1 or 2 pcs of sample needed. If sample qty is more, we’d like to ask for both sample fee and freight collected.

5.How to assure the quality ?

>>>Our factory was verified by ISO9000 global quality control system. We have a very professional quality management team which has more than 20 staff including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, QE and so on. From the raw material to finished assembled products, there would eyes on each process. The last but not the least, we have a small test lab where has all necessary test equipment to help us monitor and assure the quality better.

6.can your factory develop customized products?

>>> All customized products would be highly supported by our factory. our strong R&D team could make customized products come true based on client provided drawing, design or concept. There is a gently reminder, that is, all customized products might take around 30 days to make new toolings and its cost need to be paid by clients.
