Pub, restaurant yellow beer produce machine produced by us is a set of brewing equipment for the production of live and filtered beer.

If desired, they can be placed directly in beer cnsumption places:restaurants,pubs,bars,hotels,tourist and shopping centers. The appearance can be with brass,copper besides stainless steel. Also the microbrewery is placed behind a glass  partition that allows visitors to observe the process of making beer. Q: What about recipes?

Based on your wishes and/or the local market we will provide you with recipes, brewing instructions

and yeast strains for the beer(s) you plan on brewing. During training we usually brew these beers

with your future brewmaster.
Q: How long does it take to deliver a brewery?
Typically it takes about 1-3 months to manufacture a brewery. Depending on the size of the brewery,

the amount of custom designed equipment, our general workload and the way of shipping this period

can be shorter or longer.

Q: How long does the equipment last?
Given the fact that most elements in a brewery are made of stainless steel, the longevity of a brewery is high.

Given proper maintenance and the careful use of chemicals, a brewery can be used intensively for about 20 to 30 years.

For some elements such as fillers and labelers with a lot of moving parts a shorter lifespan should be considered and

more maintenance will be necessary, depending on the use.

Taking the customer demand as the guide, improving customer satisfaction as the goal, the company customer service center

will be committed to provide the vast number of users with fast and efficient technical service. After-sales service system is

divided into three big kinds customer service dept. : beer system equipment, beer single tank equipment, beer pilot equipment.

Every department must be equipped with three after-sales service engineers at least.

2) Perfect and reasonable after-sales service system

Adhere to the "Customer Focus" principle, establish a set of perfect and reasonable after-sales service system policy according to ISO9001:2000 quality system standards,

including “after-sales service standards", "customer satisfaction investigation program" and "after-sales service management detailed rules".

Service personnel to the scene carry service in addition to technical data, but also the necessary documents form: “product field operation record",

"after-sales service receiving report", "customer satisfaction  questionnaire" and "after-sales service personnel work record",

after the service customers will in the above four form signed and sealed by confirmed, and back to submit to the service center for statistical analysis and filed for the record.
