Product test report
1. E.g. 48V 1500W
From the test report, we could find expected max rpm is 685.5, max torque is 82.6, which performance well on EFF(Reach 87.2%).
2. E.g. 60V 1500W
From the test report, we could find expected max rpm is 861.3, max torque is 87, which performance well on EFF(Reach 87.3%).
For the torque In order to know the torque a car need, we need to calcuate the resistance firslty.
For the resistance, it’s consist of windage, rolling & climbing resistance.
To start e-car, let’s take rolling & climbing resistance firstly, please refer to below formula,
F=M*g*(0.013*cos a+sin a) Torque=Resistance*Radius
A means climb angle, 0.013 is rolling resistance factor. Here is the chart for your reference.
