The rectfier adopts high frequency IGBT PWM modulation technology, and use phase shift full bridge soft switch technology, non-crystalline material magnetic core high frequency transformer, has high reliability, high efficiency, high power factor, small size, light weight etc. advantages.

 

Fully digital control method is used,upgrade output voltage and current stability and accuracy, easy to communicate with remote control through RS485,CAN, Profibus.

 

Transformer, power unit adopts water cooling or forced air cooling method.

 

Touch screen is easy for user friendly operation and reading, local/remote control, constant current/voltage is switched on touch screen, output digital number is easy to read.

 

Complete protections ensure safe, reliable and stable running.

 

[Working Principle]

 

3 phase AC input is rectified through 3 phase rectifier bridge, the output high voltage DC is inverted by IGBT full bridge inverter circuit, high frequency high voltage AC pulses are transformed to low voltage high frequency AC pulses through transformer, the low voltage AC pulses are rectified by fast recovery diode modules to DC current, output demanded voltage and current.
