Extra virgin olive oil by conventional or organic cultivation of the top olive variety "Koroneiki", which is globally famous for its colour, aroma, and special taste. The traditional way of cultivation, evolved with the modern methods, in combination with the climate and the soil of Kalamata, provide top quality olive oil. It is delivered with cold extraction process and is rich in nutritional elements. It also has the lower possible acidity, thanks to our meticulous cultivation. The standard packages we offer are those presented in the pictures, but we are also able to deliver it in bottles of 250, 750 ml and 1lit (glass), as well as 3 and 5 lit (tin).
OLIVE POMACE OIL
We also provide olive pomace oil which is produced, as it is commonly known, by the processing of the mashed remainder from the production of olive oil. Following, the processed product is being enriched with olive oil or extra virgin olive oil.
The famous all over the world olive variety "Kalamon" is the finest as regards taste, as well as the concentration of nutritional elements. The "Kalamon" olive fruit (black), as also the green olives come in several fruit sizes. They are processed with modern methods that achieve preservation of nutritional elements and of course the taste, acknowledged by gourmets all over the world. Packages of 2, 5 and 12 kg (plastic) are available.
OLIVE TREE WOOD
Olive tree wood constitutes the best choice for traditional ovens. Its medium burning intensity on the one hand and its oil elements on the other, give foods a special aroma. Moreover it is perfect as firewood. Except for the raw olive tree wood, we provide raw wood by pine, oak and beech. All the types of wood we provide are exposed to the sun and the wind for a long time, so as to be totally free of humidity.
