Batch distillation in traditional copper stills direct fire using oak wood dry. Double distillation.
Aging with solera process (used 16 scales) in 500l boots of American oak which had previously contained sweet Malaga wine (Moscatel or Pedro Ximenez). The aging time is longer than 12 years.
Amber color with greenish hue, medium intensity.
Natural color without the addition of caramel.
Aroma my complex (wood, vanilla, nuts ...), nice, alcohol is perfectly integrated. Sweet, round, vanilla aftertaste, lingering and soft.
Drink it alone at the end of the meal.
