Baopack has designed bag former for clients according to the bag type in need.

This square type is what we do for gusset bags.

The one with round shape is for pillow bags standardly.

Height is not the problem, large as film width upto 1250mm, it is quite large and heavy, and need great strong support and balance whole set.

We do it successfully in projects. 

Double belts for pulling film

Becuse large bags are in heavy weight per bag, so the film is usually much thick than normal.

We do customized sealing structure and pulling film structure for easy operation.

Q1. When BAOPACK is founded ?

A1. BAOPACK is founded in 2001, we have around 20 years experience for vertical packing machine. Our Boss Mr. Chou is in this industry since 1994. BAOPACK AUTO PACKAGING MACHINE CO., LTD. Is registered in 2016, as a new image to be in AUTO packing industry.

Q2. What is the delivery time?

A2. It is flexible, when luckily there is stock or newly R&D improved models or produced for exhibitions worldwide, you can get it very soon.
1> Normally, our delivery lead time is around 30 to 50 days for main packing machine in standard.
2> If change some settings, or several sets orders to form production line, lead time is about 50-70 days.
3> For Zipper bags forming and packing machine, and multilane packing machines, 70 -90 days is in need.
4> For some special request or solution, we will communicate with production dept. firstly before we confirm delivery time to you. 
Now we are in construction of ERP system in planning more reasonably and efficiently to distribute and control whole backup. Anyhow, we hope you catch time to order in advance, not in a hurry, so we can have more time to debug strictly in factory for you.

Q3. What’s the warranty ?

A3. The warranty is 1 year, but not including the easy-worn spare parts, such as cutter, belts, heater, etc. To tell you honestly, during these years, we have been improved a lot for durability of machine from frame to function, many old clients reorder new BAOPACK machines with old machines running normally even after 6 to 10 years! You can enjoy whole lift maintainance and technical consultant, support!

A5. 90% of our electrical components are originally imported, in order to make sure the service life of machine and stability. The configuration detail shall be shown in our quotation. All the configuration is set more reasonably after all these years' practical experience;
