Trouble shooting

 

1.    Cutting Test is needed when starting to cut your design

 

2.       Blade position check

3.       Blade types introduce

4.       If cutting is shifting when contour cut ,Please check the file of how to calibrate the shifting

4.1 make sure the printing size same as original size with your design size in software.

4.2 You can see the size when you save this image,and printing size should be the same by printer.

4.3 if the printing size is not the same, the second marks on the plotter, it cannot scan successfully always.

4.4 If the contour still shifts when above conditions are all correct, please execute Camera Calibration, please see bellow manual

5.    Camera Contour cut if shifting

For example:

How to calibrate:

5.1  Please change the balde into pen. Make the cutting force about 100. And move the blade into blank place.

Go to setting ----- Camera ,click “Backlight “first, then click “adjust “, the cutter will calibrate itselfe.

5.2 Cutting again to see if exactly the contour line as need. If still have some shift.

Go to setting ---contour offset.  You can adjust by 1 for 1mm.

 

6.    if Failed the mark scan

Question 1:the first mark failed scan

Doubt 1. your printing is not same as 1:1 size as the design file

Doubt 2.put the printing material right direction feeding in the cutter.

 

If still failded scan the first mark, please click  setting-----camera-----backlight. Then try again.

Question 2:the second mark failed scan

Doubt 1. your printing is not same as 1:1 size as the design file

 

7.Knife off-setting (set date of offset and overcut)

 If it is not close during cutting, it needs to set offset in cutting software

(details please follow the software manual )as below:

 During cutting, if the right angles is not at right angles, please set the Sharp-angled compensation in the cutting software

¯ When you are using cutting software, we are recommend to select high precision output

For example, cut vinyl offset 0.25,overcut 1-2, cut 3M reflective film, offset set 0.65,overcut 0.65(you need adjust the data and test basically)
