The Bread Emulsifier is paste form emulsifier for bread manufacturing. It is suitable for making various styles of soft bread.

Ingredients:
Sorbitol syrup, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl lactylate, sorbitan monostearate, sucrose esters of fatty acid, sodium dehydroacetate, water.


Dosage:

0.5%-2.0% on flour weight


Usage:

Mix directly with flour.
