Cal y Canto is a wine designed by Bodegas Lopez Mercier SL and created by our oenologist Evelio Alarcon in the zone of La Tierra
It is a coupage of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Merlot, 5% Syrah Harvest: August 2008 (last days)
7 days maceration and fermentation at 25ºC, finished at 22ºC with selected yeast and malolactic with specific lactic bacteria
Bright cherry red colour, reminiscent of res fruits, silky and sweet in the mouth.
Designed to be drinked on its own, but it is nice with meat, cheese and paté. Serving temperature 14º-16º
