3. Tea ceremony/ brewing tea methods:
Boiling water of 100 degree.
Tureen is preferred.
3 to 5 infusions of tie guan yin is OK. Tie Guan yin of fine quality still has some fragrance after six or seven infusions.
4- Oolong tea has outstanding cosmetic effects. It contains a large number of polyphenols which can lower neutral fat in serum and cholesterol. It has the effect of anti-oxidation and antiaging and keeps the skin moistened and flexible.
5- Oolong tea contains a variety of minerals. It strongly decomposes and digests fat and inhibits the accumulation of cholesterol. Thus it can make people lose weight significantly.
6.Difference between oolong tea and green tea
Fermentation is the biggest difference between them. Green tea is not fermented and retains a lot of vitamins. Being semi-fermented, oolong tea not only reduces the astringency of tea but also produces antioxidant catechins and polyphenols. So it has many medical effects which most green tea does not have.
