1, Connect 0.4-0.8Mpa dry air source, and 220V voltage with safe ground connection.
2, Install the injector under test.
3, Turn on the power switch.
4, Settle the parameter. Press the key F6. Pay attention that if there is clear pick-up sound in upper body of the injector. If there is not pick-up sound, there may be something wrong with magnet winding. Then it is not necessary to do further test. Press the key F6.
5, Pull up air source switch. Observe pressure watch, and regulate pressure valve (pull up, and switch in clockwise direction to add pressure).
Observe diesel fuel high pressure indicator. Choose proper diesel fuel pressure (Normally 500kgs, 0-180Mpa).
6, Press F6, output control signal, the injector starts diesel fuel injection.
Press the key TAB, and start counts. After it reaches settled number, the injection stops.
Observe diesel fuel injection amount and returning amount.
7, Press F7. Empty the cylinder.
8, Pull down air source switch and stop the air supply. Observe diesel fuel pressure watch. If there is any pressure, turn on the blue decompressing knob. Diesel fuel pressure indicates “0”.
Dismantle the injector. Test is over.
9, Turn off air source and power.
1, Make sure the testing diesel fuel clean. Wash diesel fuel tank regularly.
If the testing diesel fuel is too dirty, it may cause oil obstruction and high pressure danger.
2, The blue handle on the right of test bench is decompression valve.
Turn it on in Anti-clockwise lightly to let off the high pressure. Turn it off after using; otherwise it may not have high pressure.
3, For the first time use, if it is too slow to have high pressure, you may turn on the decompression valve, discharge a little diesel fuel, then tighten it, it can quickly have pressure.
