Copper pipes coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are intended for water, heating, gas, air, fluid and other installations.
Copper tubes coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are intended for water, heating, gas, air, fluid and other installations.
The copper tubes are produced of high phosphorus copper, designation Cu-DHP (according to EN 1057), with guaranteed copper content of 99,95% min.and
phosphorus content 0.015 - 0.040%.
Copper tubes are produced in Serbia according to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000and with mechanical properties according to EN 1057:2006 standard. EN1057 is the European reference standard at continental level for the manufacture of copper gas and water tubes in water and heating applications.
The following data can be marked lengthwise on plastic-coated copper tubes:
* Manufacturers designation
* Outer diameter
* Wall thickness
* Quarter/year of production
* Standards that are demanded for specific branch (e.g. "LPG 67R01")
Copper tubes are produced in Serbia of 100% Serbian copper. Therefore, we can supply copper tubes with ~ Eur 1~ form. This mean that the tubes is not subject to additional 4.8% European duty!
Material used to coat copper tubes is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) of the following characteristics:
* Density: 1400 - 1500 kg/m³
* Elongation: 207 %
* Breaking strength: 14 N/mm 2
* Maximum working temperature: +95°C
* Minimum bending temperature: -10°C
In black and white colors with blue or red print.
