Useful tips:

2. When getting the waterproof phone bag out from water, please remember to put the opening down to prevent water outside entering the bag before opening it.

Q: Are you a trader or manufacturer?

A: We are manufaturer, welcome to visit our factory in Shen Zhen.  

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: It depends on your order quantity, generally 15~30 days.

Q: Can I request samples?

A: Yes, existing stock samples can be sent immediately, and customized samples with custom design can be ready in 5~7 days after receiving sampling charge.

Q: What's the sample policy?

A: For existing stock samples, we can send 2-5pcs for free, but shipping freight to be paid by buyer.

If the OEM sample is required, the sample charge will be incurred, we will quote costing upon the custom design.

Q: What's the shipping method?

A: For small cargo size order (let's say under 10 cartons ), we can send goods by DHL /Fedex.

For bigger quantity order, we suggest arranging cargo or air shipment according to the buyer's demands.

Q: How can you ensure the quality inspection?

A: We have the inspection standard according to AQL 1.5/4.0, and we will send you shipment samples for approval before delivery if needed.
